A User-Friendly Tool for All Your PDF Needs

As a budding software developer, I was thrilled to be part of the PDFEdit project during my internship at Sedulous Info Tec. This project challenged me to push my coding skills beyond what I'd learned in class and was a true testament to collaborative development.

We built PDFEdit from scratch using React, Node, and CSS, focusing on creating a user-friendly and intuitive interface. My responsibilities included:

Building the React frontend: I was responsible for bringing the design to life using React, ensuring the functionality was smooth and responsive.

Collaborating with my teammate: Working closely with my friend Sagar, we tackled technical challenges and ensured our code was well-documented and maintainable.

Iterating on the UI: With the expert guidance of our UI reviewer, Vaishali, we refined the user experience, making PDFEdit a truly enjoyable tool.

PDFEdit is a comprehensive suite of PDF tools designed to streamline common workflows. Users can merge, split, compress, convert, rotate, unlock, and watermark and 18 tools other to perform various function on PDFs all in one place. The project's success lies in its simplicity and ease of use, empowering users to quickly and efficiently manage their PDF documents.

This project taught me the importance of:

Attention to detail: A polished UI is crucial for user satisfaction and a great user experience.

Problem-solving: Encountering and overcoming technical challenges is a core part of development.
